Pizza Dough Recipe

  1. Warm water in microwave for 45 seconds. Dissolve sugar into the water and stir in the yeast.
  2. While yeast is proofing, sift together flour and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add canola oil into the wet ingredients. Slowly incorporate flour into the wet ingredients.
  4. Once the dough can no longer be stirred with a spoon, transfer to lightly floured surface.
  5. Knead dough until no longer sticky. Transfer to a large floured bowl and cover.
  6. Allow dough to rise for at least 1 hour.
  7. Once doubled in size, remove from bowl and split into 3 equal sections.
  8. Roll out the section into your desired pizza shape and place on baking pan/pizza stone.
  9. Top with your choice of sauce, cheese, and other toppings.
  10. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
